It tells you whether your operation runs on documented process or on what's in people's heads.

Exception Handling & Visibility: How painful nonstandard contracts are, and whether bottlenecks are visible before they become problems. Role Clarity & Skills: RACI definition and gaps in negotiation, technical proficiency, and data literacy. Change & Stakeholder Engagement: Receptiveness across sales, procurement, and finance, and whether business partners are champions or roadblocks.
